State Farm - Shoot it

Chris Paul (or other current/retired player) and agent are playing basketball with kids on Chris Paul’s driveway. Chris Paul is playing defense on his agent. He is talking smack, egging him on to shoot it. The agent is clearly flustered. He starts laughing and passes the ball to one of the kids.

Agent

Shoot it little man!

Little kid

Haha! No, you!

The kid throws it back to the agent. They start throwing the ball back and forth to each other. The passes start speeding up and become more frequent.

Chris Paul

OOOOH, I’m in your head now!

Agent

No, you’re not! I am trying to share with the little kids!

…Fine

Agent chucks up a shot. Bounces hard off of the backboard. The ball hits the windshield of a car pulling into the driveway. The windshield glass shatters and the driver swerves into the garage door, breaking it and making the rain gutter fall on top of the car.

Little kid

Hahaha you’re in trouble!

Chris Paul

Not in your head, huh?

The agent gives a nervous smile to Chris Paul. Walks up to the car with Chris Paul. Old lady gets out of the car and starts hitting the agent with her purse.

Chris Paul

Don’t worry mom, I’ll handle this

Chris Paul takes out his phone and calls his agent. The agent’s phone rings. You see the agent slowly go for his phone and pick it up.

Agent

Hey, this is…uh…Mark from State Farm.

Chris Paul hangs up and helps the old lady inside. The kids run up to the agent and start laughing at him.

Leave the tough moments to the pros. There’s no situation we can’t handle.
